Two different things, and it pays to keep them apart. Bulk raw material ships by weight — 200 kg, 500 kg, one tonne or more, 50 kg for extracts — and leaves FOB Callao in 15 to 20 business days. Finished product made to your brand is ordered by units — 1,000 per SKU — and takes 45 days of production before it ships. If you need both, we quote them separately.

Why sourcing is the hard part of herbal manufacturing

With botanicals the risk is not the production line, it is what goes into it. Species substitution, inconsistent active content and undocumented wild harvesting are the three things that sink an herbal launch.

Resins and oils

Dragon's blood resin and copaiba oil in 30 ml glass bottles. Sacha inchi oil in 250 ml.

Root and bark powders

Maca, cat's claw, hercampuri, huanarpo macho, yacón, tocosh. From 100 g to 1 kg.

Capsules and tablets

Single botanical or traditional combinations. Bottles of 60, 100 or 120 capsules, minimum 1,000 bottles.

What we will not do

We do not put a health claim on a label that the evidence does not carry, and we do not certify a botanical we have not verified. It costs a sale occasionally and it has never cost a recall.

Which botanicals can you manufacture with?

The Andean and Amazonian species in our own supply chain — maca, cacao, camu camu, sacha inchi, lucuma, yacón, aguaje, graviola, cat's claw, hercampuri, huanarpo macho, tocosh, muña, dragon's blood and copaiba, among others. If a species is not in our chain we will say so rather than source it blind.

How do you handle wild-harvested species?

Through forest management plans and direct agreements with the communities that harvest them. For a European buyer with supply-chain due diligence obligations, that documentation matters more than a price argument.

What is the minimum order?

1,000 units per SKU. For capsules a unit is a bottle of 60, 100 or 120.

How long does production take?

45 days from a confirmed order, plus ocean freight. Bulk raw material, which needs no manufacturing, ships FOB Callao in 15 to 20 business days.

Do you verify botanical identity?

Yes, per lot, together with the certificate of analysis — microbiology, heavy metals and pesticides where relevant.
